when I got it, t was bigger than I thought I put it together and first I put in wet food for my cat the cat just looked at it, so then I put in dry food and put in in the other room. My cat eats out of it all the time now. I is quiet and easy to wash.

The product sucked. It was hard to insert batteries. It did not turn as it should have. The cold packs were insufficient.

You can only use 3, 6, or 12 hours settings. If you want to set the time, you can't and if you have more than two cats, it won't work.
You have to set the feeder in the middle of the room or the cats will have to clime over it.
It does give a little more time on feeding.

Great product that allowed us to leave the cat at home for 5 days. He's the kind of cat that you can't just leave him a pile of food.... it would be gone in the first 8 hours. Like how it has different timer settings. Just make sure you have it properly assembled and press the button to advance it around so you know your pet won't starve.

I purchased the cat feeder and thought it would be just great. As soon as I loaded all the sections, out cat promptly knocked the entire lid off including the timer. The design of the feeder needs to be attached in some way so the entire lid cannot be removed by the cat. I subsequently boxed it up and returned it for a full refund. It was a good idea but a bad design.
